A permanent fixture in all Harry Potter movies, actor Rupert Grint has taken a transitory break from filming the dual parts of the ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’ slated for release in 2010 and 2011 respectively, an adaptation of the seventh and concluding novel of the Harry Potter series by renowned Brit author J.K.Rowling. The reason for the dual part series is believed to be due to the intense and rich storyline.
The 20-year old Rupert who dons the role of Ron Weasley, one of Harry’s best buddy in the movies, had been recommended to take it easy by his doctor, after he was analysed with a mild attack of the swine flu virus. Rupert has eventually regained good health since then and is believed to be attending the global premiere of ‘Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince’ in London on 7th July. Rupert’s publicist has confirmed that the actor is no more carrying the swine flu virus and is all set to resume acting on the sets of Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows, whose storyline revolves around the teenaged wizard and his pals.
The filming was not hampered in any way as the scenes not entailing Grint’s contribution were shot in his absence. Rupert, who hails from Hertfordshire, has in the past belted out impressive performances in comical movies like Driving Lessons and Thunderpants.
