Actor John Travolta was blackmail by women on trail and admitted of burning an important document related to the case. Detective Deborah Thompson mentioned to the Bahamas court that ex-senator Pleasant Bridgewater destroyed a form relating to the treatment of Travolta’s son. Bridgewater and paramedic Tarino Lightbourne are accused of demanding 25 million US dollars from the star after the death of his son.
However, both the victims have denied the charge. Deborah Thompson said the day she was arrested she destroyed the form with the signature of Travolta after she understood the case was going to be burst out. Ms. Thompson testified to the court accused wanted the document never to be found so she burnt and flushed it to the toilet. Police went to her house and took a candle as evidence. Document was related to the treatment of Travolta son Jett, who suffered an attack during the family vacation home at Grand Bahama Island. Jett was taken to a local hospital where he died on 2 January. Document would expose the ambulance driver accountability of whether he had been flown to US for treatment as Travolta initially desired. Travolta mentioned to the court that Mr. Lightbourne had threatened him to sell the story to media as Travolta responsible for his son death.
