Kelly Deane Melissa Rutherford blamed her ex husband Daniel Giersch of disturbing and threatening her nanny. Gossip Girl divorced from Giersch on December 30, 2008. She has passed a provisional warning order against Giersch father of her two children.
Order passed against him is for many things such as frightening and bullying with her nanny, visiting children on nonflexible time, going against scheduled custody visit, and putting pressure on Kelly. So much at she is having a tough time breast-feeding their three-month-old baby, as she needs to take her baby and in morning take baby along with her to work place so that she can nurse and Giersch does not meet the terms. All these accusation has been filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Kelly Rutherford uttered Daniel pressure is somewhere harmfully affecting her ability to produce milk. Giersch whispered saying Rutherford is swapping his visit to meet this children. As a result Giersch is concerned whether Kelly, nanny and Kelly’s mother are causing harm to his children. Judge has ordered him to stay at least 100 yards away from Rutherford and kids and a peaceful and brief contact is required during the visit. Kelly’s nanny Michaela Kothanova also stated that Giersch used to always question regarding Kelly and once threatened to sue her if not provided with information about children. The investigation regarding the hearing is on 15 October. Ruthered filed for divorce with Giersch when she was pregnant and Helena was in her womb.
