Actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi were in prison of West Texas Jail later they were released. The arrest was omitting $10,000 deliberately from California hotel bill. Actor along with his wife apparently put up a fight and tussles on the ground.
They were staying in high-class hotel named San Ysidro Ranch in the month of June. Their mode of payment, which was credit card, deprived of but they ensured the staff to pay back when the card comes. Innkeeper, conspiracy, and burglary are the three offense counts charged. Already there is a flaw in Hotel Bel-Air was $17,000 unpaid bills and not returning a rental car. They will set free paying $20,000 in bail. Sheriff Danny.
Dominguez said they both posted $20,000 for spending several hours in jail. He added saying he drove the actor to bank to getting hold of bail money. Actor did not receive any special treatment they continued to stay in custody however was not handcuffed.
