Green-themed celeb studded 2009 ESPY Awards

The 2009 ESPY Awards held in the Nokia Theatre, LA, hosted by Samuel Jackson, saw celebs from the sports and entertainment fraternity came together to venerate key sports accomplishments, reminisce cherished moments and give salutation to those who performed at the gala awards night.

Sports Celebs were seen flouncing their fashionable attire on the green themed red carpet in a noble effort to tender a nonaligned carbon occasion. Wind and Solar power were utilized to produce energy for the press tent area.

User- reprocessed fibres were used in the making of the red carpet. Even the DJ booth was powered by handy solar sheets. Australian golf megastar Anna Rowson was seen in a gorgeous Donna Karen outfit in the event. Ex-Secretary of State, Condolezza Rice looked splendid in a red DK dress.

The hottest couple of the night went to Vanessa Bryant and Kobe. Swimming champion Michael Phelps won the award for best male athlete for his outstanding achievements in the Beijing Olympics. Demi Moore looked quite ravishing as she handed out the award to Michael Phelps. The Venus sisters were seen dressed in elegant wear as they present the award. Also, spotted were couple capers of Philadelphia Eagles’ Hank Baskett with expecting wife Kendra Wilkinson, Mike Tyson with wife Lakiha Spicer, Kobe Bryant and wife Vanessa, Kurt Warner with wife Brenda.

Also seem scorching the red carpet were Gymnast Nastia Luken and Shawn Johnson, Figure skater Michelle Kwan, Bruce Jenner with daughter Kendall, Candy Spelling, Kerri Walsh amongst others.
