Actress Dame Elizabeth Taylor is to endure heart surgery revealed to her fans through her Twitter website. Surgery process involves repairing her leaky valve using a clip service without open surgery so that the functioning of heart would be better. She wanted her Twitter followers to know it first before the news spread like wild fire in media.
The last of three messages on the subject was read and said in twitter mentioned that she would let everyone know when all is over also said Love you, Elizabeth. Taylor added saying in final tweet on the subject that any prayer happens to have lying around would be dearly appreciated. During recent years, she was suffering from number of health problems. She made her last high profile appearance at the funeral of her long lasting friend Michael Jackson however it was a rare public outing when seen in a wheelchair. Recently in the month of May, she was taken to hospital described as a routine check-up. After being discharged from Los Angeles clinic, she announced via twitter that she was home from hospital and feeling great. 77-year-old Hollywood star was diagnosed with congestive heart failure five years ago. Taylor has around 156,000 followers in Twitter used as the social networking site. London born actor won best actress Oscar award for Butterfield 8 and Who’s Afraid of Virginia Wolf. In 1995, she had hip replacement; two years later a surgery to remove a brain tumor also has brittle bone diseases named osteoporosis.
