With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, movie makers appear all set to make the most of this day. A bevy of stars lined up at the red carpet in Los Angeles for the world premiere of ‘Valentine’s Day’ that took place at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, Hollywood Boulevard.
The glam quotient was impeccably high with the female actor brigade strutting down their finest. Jessica Biel looked splendid in an Oscar de la Renta-designed pink chiffon single-strap garb, sporting similar toned lipstick and lighter tone heels.
Forty-seven-year-old Demi Moore accompanied by better half Ashton Kutcher, looked angelic in an all white off-shoulder outfit with ruffle details down the frontage and alongside the bottom edge of the dress – attesting yet again that she continues to have the ability to blend it up with Hollywood’s young stars.
An intriguing leather-cum-lace fusion black dress worn by Jennifer Garner made her really stand out due to her faintly bizarre option for the red carpet designed by Valentino.
Donning a Proenza Schouler heretical small outfit having peacock feather embellishments and bead details, 28-year-old Jessica Alba matched it up with massive wedge stilettos and ruffled hair.
Other prominent stars gracing the red carpet were Anna Hathaway wearing a blue feathery cocktail outfit and actress Julia Roberts niece, Emma Roberts donned a jewel covered white dress by Jenny Packham.
One noteworthy nonattendance was that of Taylor Swift having lately broken off from guy friend and co-actor, Taylot Lautner – who would turn eighteen this week.
The hilarious love story traces the interlocked story lines of a set of couples living in LA. Director Garry Marshall was able to make the movie in below fifty million dollars by roping in a prestigious star-cast at lesser costs and allowed them to depart promptly to tend to their other projects.
