Kelly Deane Melissa Rutherford blamed her ex husband Daniel Giersch of disturbing and threatening her nanny. Gossip Girl divorced from Giersch on December 30, 2008. She has passed a provisional warning order against Giersch father of her two children. Order passed against him is for many things such as frightening and bullying with her nanny, visiting children on nonflexible time, going against scheduled custody visit, and putting pressure on Kelly.
