‘Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs’ seems to be working its charms as it touches pinnacle position on the global box office charts, following the largest ever international opening for an animation movie.
The movie has grossed $148million from 101 overseas markets making it the sixth largely leading opening. In comparison to the previous two ‘Ice Age’ movies that came out in 2002 and 2006, the current movie’s global counts is placed at $215.5 million in just a few days of its opening, having a whooping ticket sell out of close to $42.5 million through the three day holiday weekend in US.
